IGQ operates as a third party inspection body for the purpose of issuing type 3.2 control certificates.
The activity includes:
- traceability of the material to be tested, as required by the customer’s order;
- supervision by an IGQ representative in charge of taking test samples from the production lot and marking in order to maintain traceability in the testing laboratory;
- supervision by an IGQ representative in charge of carrying out the tests, at the company laboratory or at a qualified external laboratory, and validation of the compliance of the results with the standard requirements;
- signature of the type 3.2 inspection certificate by our representative as a third party appointee.
