Within the framework of the regulations regarding materials and objects in contact with food (MOCA) and the related sanctioning framework, the obligations of the companies that manufacture or transform stainless steel with destination MOCA are mandatory, and the regulations relating to controls entail the application of heavy penalties in the event of non-compliance as required by D. Lgs. n. 29 del 10.02.2017.
Centro Inox has created in collaboration with IGQ a specific Guideline for the construction of a quality assurance and control system, as required by the EC regulation 2023/2006.
The content of the guideline is illustrated in a specific 16-hour course intended for operators in the stainless steel supply chain whose products are intended for contact with food.
