Chairman
The Chairman, assisted by the Vice-Presidents, is part of the Governing Board and is appointed by the Assembly.
The Chairman is the legal representative of IGQ and carries out the decisions of the Assembly and of the Governing Board, exercising the necessary control over the operations of IGQ.
Governing Board
The Governing Board includes at least nine members and is appointed by the Assembly for a period of three years.
The duties of the Governing Board include carrying out the decisions of the Assembly and promoting all the activities necessary to pursue the goals of IGQ.
The Governing Board oversees the financial activities and the drafting of the balance sheet to be submitted to the approval of the Assembly.
The Governing Board appoints the members of the Certification Commissions, formulates the policies governing the activities of IGQ, and determines the charges and prices of the services provided by IGQ.
